I also used about 70-80 Levequest allowances to finish my alt to level 50 Armorer. Any level 50 Carpenter should be able to help you craft all required HQ items. This method relies completely on High Quality (HQ) quest turn in's to be effective as it offers a 100% experience bonus when applied.

I use Mithrie's level 50 Armorer and also get help from friends in my free company to make all the required items for the Levequests level 1-50 below. If any of the leve's below are not available to you, it means you need to go to the turn in town and unlock leve quests there first.
